Glow reserves the right to change prices, modify or even discontinue certain treatments without prior notice to ensure our exacting standards and quality of service.

Please call 0207 752 0652 for all appointments, to ask any questions or discuss which treatment may be right for you. A credit card number is required to make and confirm an appointment. Please arrive 5 minutes early to relax and enable a stress free check-in. Please turn off your mobile phone to ensure your relaxation as well as that of others. If you arrive late we can only offer you the remaining time in your allocated appointment. Glow reserves the right to re book an appointment slot if the client has not arrived within 30 minutes of the start time.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your card will be charged the full amount for your treatment. ‘No shows’ or ‘skipped’ appointments will also be charged in full to the card number given when the appointment was made. Please respect our therapist’s commitment to you.

Glow is committed to tailoring each treatment to your specific needs. Please feel free to communicate any specific expectations with your therapist before and during (if necessary) your treatment to enable them to customise your massage, facial or nail treatment to meet your expectations.
