The Glow ‘Super Balance’ body treatment offers a luxurious and holistic experience – it uses smell, touch, sound and heat to calm your adrenals, encourage your body to detoxify and calm your mind. By the end of the treatment you will feel relaxed and grounded, your skin will be glowing, your muscles will have released their stored tension and you’ll have a wonderful sense of wellbeing.

Your treatment starts with a full body scrub using Abahna Himalayan salts infused with your chosen scent to revitalise your skin, improve its texture and help release toxins. After a shower and a few soothing moments wrapped in warm towels you will move onto a full body massage using warmed Abahna oils and hot stone placement. Your therapist uses a combination of therapeutic massage - including deep tissue and trigger point therapy – and hot stone placement along the chakras.
Glow stocks the full bath oils, foam, shower gels and candles in your chosen scent to enable you to prolong your treatment at home…

RAW GLOW BODY – a full body polish to exfoliate, tone and condition your skin all over combined with a therapeutic ‘Wave flow’ massage, a new technique which uses rhythmic strokes and specific pressure points (inspired by the movement of the ocean) to relax the mind and rejuvenate energy in the body. Ingredients include honey, pomegranate and sesame seeds, and a softly spiced blend of essential oils.
SUMMER LEGS – a raw polish and mask for perfect summer legs – add on a pedicure to get in shape for open toe season! Ingredients include shea butter and natural yoghurt.
